Anchors are published only after deterministic pass and witness checks complete. The current daily attestation lane now exposes a live Sepolia witness pointer; this registry remains a summary surface rather than a blanket per-artifact on-chain binding claim.

No anchor claim is published as final without witness proof and deterministic replay parity.

Current Boundary

The daily attestation lane currently exposes a live public Sepolia witness pointer and fresher lane-specific integrity surfaces at attestation-directory/latest.json and sovrient-live-metrics.js. This registry is a summary surface; it is not a blanket claim that every public artifact is already per-artifact content-bound on-chain.
